Shipping Policy

Here at arnicainfusion.com, you will receive FREE Shipping via the United States Postal Service for any order over $45. For orders under $45, we charge a nominal flat rate shipping fee of $3 

We can ship to a valid street address or we can ship to your P.O Box. The primary carrier we utilize is USPS, however, we also offer UPS shipping to addresses not serviced by the post office.

At this time, we are only shipping to U.S. based postal addresses, which includes the Continental U.S, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO regions.

Upon completion of your order, you will be immediately emailed a confirmation receipt. Once your order is processed and ready for shipping, a separate email containing tracking information will be sent as well. You will be kept informed every step of the way.

All orders are processed and shipped from a mailing facility based in Pennsylvania.  

If your shipping address is within the Continental U.S., the average delivery time will be 3 or 4 business days. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or to an APO address, delivery will be at least 5 business days.

Fast, efficient, and easy to understand - that is the essence of our shipping policy. We do not believe in confusing people with multiple tiered shipping prices, offering too many hard-to-understand options, initiating handling fees, or delaying shipments for invalid reasons.

When you place an order with us, we are committed to getting it out the door as quickly and efficiently as possible.
